This is not a form to be optimized. There is no right answer we are looking for — only your honest one. The men who get the most from this work are the ones who arrived telling the truth about where they actually are.

We Read It — All of It
A real person reads every application. No algorithm, no auto-filter. We're looking for honesty, self-awareness, and readiness — not credentials.

We Respond Within 5–7 Days
You'll hear back either way. If we see alignment, we'll reach out to schedule a brief conversation. If the timing isn't right, we'll say so honestly.

A Conversation — Not an Interview
Before any offer of membership or program enrollment, we have a real conversation. This is as much for you as it is for us — to make sure this is the right fit.

If It's a Yes — Welcome Home
Enrollment details, investment, and next steps are shared in that conversation. No pricing on the website — because the right conversation matters more than the right number.

Not your credentials. Not your resume. Who are you as a man? What do you bring to a room? What lights you up and what do other men come to you for? What are you good at — and what are you still figuring out?

What work have you done so far?

Tell us about your journey. What have you faced, worked through, or transformed? This doesn't have to be formal — therapy, men's circles, lived experience, spiritual practice, hard seasons of life — all of it counts. We want to understand where you've been.

Why do you want to join us?

Not the polished answer. The real one. What is happening in your life right now that has you here? What are you looking for that you haven't found elsewhere? What made you stop scrolling and actually fill this out?
