Integrity Certification — The Sacred Kings
First of Its Kind · Volunteer Program · By Invitation Only

The Standard the Industry
Has Been Waiting For

The world's first Integrity Certification for male practitioners, healers, coaches, and facilitators in the coaching and sacred sexuality industries. Not a badge to collect. A commitment to be held.

Why This Exists

We Built What Didn't Exist

The coaching space, the men's work space, the sacred sexuality space — none of it has real accountability infrastructure. Practitioners operate without oversight. Clients have no recourse when harm occurs. Women practitioners have no reliable way to distinguish a man doing genuine ethical work from a man using the language of transformation as cover.

This gap is not an accident. It is exactly what predators exploit. And it is what The Sacred Kings Integrity Certification is designed to close.

🏛️
First of Its Kind
The first structured accountability and integrity certification designed specifically for male practitioners in the coaching and sacred sexuality industries. Nothing like this has existed in this space before.
🤝
Volunteer Program
Certification is entirely voluntary. Which means the men who choose it are choosing to be held accountable in a space where no one requires them to be. That voluntary choice is the whole point.
⚖️
Restorative, Not Punitive
The oversight process is built on restorative justice principles — not a punitive tribunal, but a process designed to restore power imbalances, create repair, and hold space for genuine accountability and growth.
🌍
A Gold Standard in the Making
We are in our founding phase — growing carefully, deliberately, and with integrity at every step. Our aim is that this certification becomes the recognized standard in our otherwise grey-area communities.

The Philosophy

Not a Tribunal. A Restoration.

The Integrity Certification oversight process is not designed to punish men. It is designed to bring back power imbalances, create pathways to repair, and hold a standard for communities that have operated in grey areas for too long.

Practitioners who step into this fire are demonstrating a willingness to be held accountable by an independent ethics committee that serves community interests — not the interests of the practitioner, the founder, or the organization.

🔥
Step Into the Fire
Certification means voluntarily submitting to oversight and review. Men who choose this are choosing to be seen — fully, honestly, and with consequences for violations.
⚖️
Independent Ethics Committee
The Accountability Pod and forming Integrity Council serve community interests. They operate fully independently — including on any complaints involving the founder himself.
🌱
Restore, Not Destroy
Where harm has occurred, the process asks: how do we restore what was broken? Education, accountability plans, mediation, and genuine repair — with escalation pathways for serious violations.
"Integrity without accountability is just a promise.
We built the infrastructure to make it real."

The Right Men

We Are Looking for Role Models

The Integrity Certification is currently by invitation only. We are not casting a wide net. We are looking for specific men — men who are already operating as role models in this work, who understand that this certification is not a credential to collect but a commitment to uphold.

We want men who will demonstrate what integrity and accountability can look like in our industry. Men who will raise the bar not because they have to — but because they understand what is at stake when men in positions of trust operate without oversight.

Certification is for men who...

  • Work as coaches, facilitators, healers, or practitioners in a space involving vulnerable clients
  • Operate in the coaching, men's work, or sacred sexuality industries
  • Have an established practice and a track record of ethical conduct
  • Are active members of The Sacred Kings community and have demonstrated consistent alignment with our values
  • Want to publicly demonstrate that they operate inside a framework of standards, oversight, and consequences
  • Understand that serving as a role model means being held — not just held up

This is not for men who...

  • Want a credential to display without the accountability that comes with it
  • Are looking for marketing material rather than genuine oversight
  • Have unresolved complaints or conduct concerns in their current practice
  • Are not yet active members of The Sacred Kings community

What You're Committing To

What Certification Actually Means

Certification is not a certificate on a wall. It is a living commitment — made publicly, upheld continuously, and renewed annually. Here is what it includes.

01
Signed Code of Conduct
Specific, enforceable standards of professional practice — not vague aspirational language. You sign it. You are held to it.
02
Independent Oversight
Submission to review by the independent Accountability Pod and forming Integrity Council. Full authority — including on complaints involving the founder.
03
Formal Complaints Process
A confidential, structured review process for complaints — with real pathways and real consequences for serious violations.
04
The Integrity Vow
A public commitment to these standards — spoken, witnessed, and documented. Not a formality. A ceremony.
05
Public Accountability Statement
A client-facing statement published on your website and professional profiles — making your commitments visible to the people you serve.
06
Quarterly Integrity Circles
Peer accountability gatherings with other certified practitioners — for ongoing reflection, support, and community accountability.
07
Annual Renewal
Certification does not carry forward automatically. It is re-earned every year — affirming continued alignment, good standing, and commitment.
08
The Integrity Certified Badge
For use on your website, professional profiles, and marketing — with usage guidelines that maintain the standard the badge represents.
Important Note

The Integrity Certification is not a professional license, therapeutic credential, or qualification for clinical practice. It represents voluntary adherence to an ethical code, submission to independent oversight, and public accountability. It does not replace professional licensing requirements in your field.

How It Works

The Process

When concerns arise — whether through voluntary disclosure or external complaint — the process is designed to be fair, thorough, and restorative wherever possible.

01
Concern Received
All concerns are submitted confidentially to [email protected] — by the practitioner themselves (voluntary disclosure) or by a client or community member. All submissions are handled with full confidentiality.
02
Preliminary Review — Within 7 Days
The Accountability Pod assesses severity. Low-level concerns receive a restorative conversation. Moderate concerns trigger a facilitated mediation and integrity plan. Severe concerns enter a formal review process. Anonymous complaints are logged but require corroboration before triggering member notification — protecting practitioners from vague or bad-faith submissions.
03
Fair Process — Member Has Full Voice
The practitioner is given the opportunity to respond to all allegations in writing and in person. They are treated with dignity throughout. The process is curiosity-led and support-oriented — not interrogatory. Decisions are based on evidence and deliberation, not personal bias.
04
Resolution — Restorative Where Possible
Outcomes range from education and retraining through to temporary suspension or — for serious unresolved violations — permanent removal from certification. The goal at every stage is restoration: what needs to happen for repair to occur, for the community to be protected, and for the practitioner to grow?
05
Appeal Rights
Every member has the right to one appeal. The process is documented, transparent, and designed to be as fair to the practitioner as it is protective of the community they serve.

This Is Not a Punishment Committee

The ethics committee that oversees this certification serves community interests — not to destroy reputations, but to restore power imbalances, create genuine accountability, and raise the standard for an industry that desperately needs one. Men who step into this process are not being attacked. They are being held. There is a difference.

Real Oversight

The Governance Behind It

The certification is overseen by an independent body — not the founder, not the organization. Real people with real authority and real independence.

Provisional Accountability Pod

Three independent members with backgrounds in restorative justice, women's work, and men's peer accountability — plus legal counsel on call. They have full decision-making authority including complete independence on any complaint involving the founder. Unanimous vote required for serious decisions including suspension or decertification.

The Forming Integrity Council

A full 5-member Integrity Council is being formed through Q4 2026. The Council will handle all complaint review, certification decisions, and ethical oversight. A Board of Directors follows in Year 2 for strategic governance — a complete separation of powers ensuring no single body has unchecked authority.

Now — Q4 2026
Provisional Accountability Pod — full independent authority over all certification decisions
Q4 2026
Full 5-member Integrity Council formed — expanded expertise and capacity
Year 2 (2027)
Board of Directors established — strategic governance, financial oversight, founder accountability

To the Women Who Are Watching

Built in Part Because of You

More than 100 women practitioners, healers, and leaders endorsed the need for this standard before a single man was certified. This exists in part because of them — because women in this industry have deserved a reliable way to distinguish safe, accountable men from those who use the language of transformation as cover.

If you work with men, coach men, or want to refer men to practitioners you can trust — this certification is designed for exactly that purpose.

For Women Practitioners

If you work in adjacent spaces — tantra, sacred sexuality, healing arts, coaching — and you want to refer male clients to practitioners operating under a verified ethical framework, the Integrity Certified directory is designed for you. When it's more fully populated, you'll be able to search and refer with confidence.

For Women Who Love or Work With Men

The Integrity Certification is a signal. It doesn't guarantee perfection — no certification can. But it does mean a man has voluntarily submitted to oversight, signed a Code of Conduct, and agreed to be held accountable by an independent body. In an industry without standards, that means something real.
