At The Sacred Kings we provide support groups, workshops, retreats and coaching based on a set of unwavering principles that include truth, honor, and personal responsibility. These principles are not mere guidelines; they are the foundation upon which our community stands. They ensure that our members uphold the highest standards of conduct, fostering an environment where growth, integrity, and mutual respect are paramount.  The following principles are the cornerstone of our community.

• Respect and Consent: Our group is centered around personal growth and intimate practices, and as such it is crucial to establish an environment where all members feel respected and have given clear consent to participate in any particular activity.
• Non-Judgment: Our group is a safe space where members can share their experiences, thoughts, and emotions without fear of judgment. We encourage active listening and compassion to help create this atmosphere.
• Emotional Awareness: Men are often socialized to suppress their emotions, but emotional intelligence is essential for personal growth. Our group will encourage emotional awareness and provide tools for emotional regulation.
• Meditation: The practice of meditation can be a powerful tool for personal development, and our group will include guided meditations and practices to help members connect with themselves and others on a deeper level.
• Holistic Health: Our group will explore and share knowledge about different aspects of holistic health, including nutrition, exercise, and mental health practices.
• Accountability: Our group members will lovingly hold themselves accountable for their own growth and support each other in achieving their goals. Encouraging open communication and regular check-ins will help members stay on track.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Our group is inclusive and welcoming to men of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. Creating a diverse group can enrich the experience for all members.
