2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, manage, and improve our services
- Communicate with you regarding appointments, events, updates, and inquiries

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for purposes beyond those listed above without your explicit consent.
3. Feedback Form Data & Accountability Pod
Anonymous feedback submitted through our website or newsletter is reviewed exclusively by our Personal Accountability Pod — a small, trusted team who provide independent oversight of our ethical practice. This feedback is not shared publicly and is not attributed to any individual. It is used solely to support accountability and continuous improvement in our practice. Pod members are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools
We use AI tools in the development of program materials, policy documents, client-facing resources, and written communications. These tools assist in drafting and refining content — all final decisions, values, and professional judgments remain entirely those of J.J. Brawley.
We do not input identifiable client information, session content, or personal data into AI tools. AI is not used to conduct sessions, analyze individual client situations, or substitute for direct human engagement.
5. Text Messaging & SMS Data
Important: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services required to deliver those messages.
Information sharing with subcontractors supporting our services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers who assist in operating our website, processing payments, or delivering communications. These providers are bound by confidentiality.
- With our Accountability Pod members, in the context of anonymous feedback review or accountability processes
- With legal authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of any individual
- With The Sacred Kings Integrity Council, in the context of formal complaint or review processes
7. Data Retention
- Contact and booking information is retained for a minimum of 3 years following your last engagement with us
- Email and newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe
- SMS opt-in data is retained until you opt out, after which only records of the opt-out are kept for compliance purposes

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your information where legally permissible, and withdraw consent for communications at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
